Incompetent and rude at best, more likely criminal. I was charged $1200 for a pool pump and then one week later charged $1200 again for the same pool pump. Office staff Lisa and Laura refuse to issue a refund for the second charge, which initially I assumed was an honest mistake. I emailed bank statement showing proof of the double transaction. Non - responsive owner and service. We have had a product upgrade to our equipment that has only been half way completed as of over a month ago...no response from the owner and totally has gone dark. Wish i would have read the reviews on Yelp and here prior to engaging these guys.

Been in pool business over 18 yrs Never been treated worse by employer! They don’t care if pools don’t get done, Ignore calls and my exsperience lie and cheat people when they can . I’ve been understanding about months of not receiving last check . They ignore homeowners and my calls as well. Still haven’t receive check and heard other employees have not receive checks as well. I write this to anyone thinking of working for Palm pools and any homeowners thinking of using there pool service to be careful.
