A staff member treated me as if I didn't matter to them at all, implying that if I didn't want to wait—even though my appointment time had already passed—I could just leave, as it wouldn't make any difference to them. What prompted me to update my review was the courtesy and concern shown by the manager, Gabriel, who called me to hear what had happened.
