Very unprofessional, I had a appointment, and when I showed up I was informed it was canceled and nobody did not call me to let me know so I lost time very inconvenient no customer service being trying to make a new appointment and it seems impossible nobody can help me so my health is not important am seems I might have to continue with pain
I haven’t always had the best experiences with doctors, but Dr. Munez is different. She truly takes the time to listen, and I always feel like she genuinely cares about me and my concerns. It’s rare to find a doctor who makes you feel heard and valued.
