We recently built a home and had a terrific experience with Palm Lending, Travis Palm. The home building process was about 6-7 months and Travis was with us from the beginning and was so helpful through the entire process. Our builder had a "preferred lender" but we chose to stay with Travis as we appreciated most his responsiveness. If we sent him an email with in 10-15 mins it was answered.
