i thought I was in good hands with my loan officer, called many times with no response or call back. So I decided to go elsewhere
They tried to lock me in at 7% can you say high cost loan? When the rates are currently at 3.75%... Take your business else where and protect your business.
This establishment is extremely unorganized and professional. I left a salaried job and they hired me as a contract employee. They expected me to work for 90 days with no salary and only willing to pay after closings occurred. They knew I am a single mom and left a job with a salary. They terminated my contract this morning with no warning and here I am unemployed with my daughter because of their selfishness since I stood up for myself and explained that I have a mortgage to pay and bills due.
