Although I had a rough start with management they in my opinion redeemed themselves. I feel very safe here. Residents wave and say hello. My mailbox broke due to rust and years of use. I emailed Millie and a new one was installed after the weekend. So as of today I am happy hear.

Llevo 4 años viviendo en esta comunidad,Cuando me mudé fue con mucha ilusión pero en estos momentos el personal de la oficina cambió y si necesitas que un familiar tuyo viva contigo con la edad que exigen y se requiere le piden documentos peor que cuando compras una casa, están exagerando demasiado o no quieren trabajar, porque todo se verifica rápido en estos momentos como está la tecnología pero esperemos a ver qué pasa y qué pretexto ponen.

I would not recommend Palm Lakes Estates to anyone looking for a fair and peaceful community. Management encourages neighbors to spy on and harass each other, creating a toxic living environment. Instead of fostering a welcoming atmosphere, they seem more interested in controlling who moves in based on personal biases rather than qualifications.
