Way to expensive for what Sun Communities offers. You pay some of the most expensive lot rents, and get nothing in return. Unless you work for them, forget it.

We purchased our place in March through American Mobile Home Sales. It was fully furnished. We kept most of it. Now we are looking to make our personal touches. Sun Communities the parent company has been making modifications. We could use a new play ground like the one they just put in the Ridge. But the local management team considers Palm Key to be mostly vacationers and temporary residents. They don't feel that there are enough permanent resident children to spend the money.
