We’ ve lived here going on 3 years and love it. There is a lot of things going on here to join in on. Games etc…. At the club house. We have cook outs and swimming pool is excellent and private. My neighbors are fantastic and the park feels like we are family. Of course like every where there are a few sour apples. Water issues have mostly been resolved. But over all it’s a great retirement community to live in.
We have lived in this park over 5 years . Like everything lot rent does rise and is a part of life . Water problems are continuing to be addressed and up graded . The park is clean and quiet . The area around us is growing again a part of life . This is Palm Isles ,Not Rock Springs .
