This place has horrid customer service. I put my dollar into the vacuum and nothing. The darn thing was making noise with no suction, so I called the numbers available on site hoping for a refund. ( yea I know it's only a dollar but I work hard for my money) If the guy on the other end had said sorry, but I'm indisposed and can't help you, but thanks for letting me know our vacuum isn't working I'd have chalked it up to bad luck.
