I have an appointment this week but so far when i called them yesterday like four times they kept telling me they didn’t have a referral from my insurance even my ob was like we sent it to them like 4 times when they were about to close i called again and thrybsaid they bearly sent the referral 🤦🏻‍♀️To call tomorrow to make an appointment so i called the next day and they still were telling me that they haven’t received anything when yesterday they told me they did . No me gustó en absoluto desde las instalaciones hasta el personal te atienden de mal gusto tenía que hacerle rayos x en la cabeza a mi hijo y llevaba a mi bebé de dos meses y no me lo atendieron que hasta que llevara a otra persona para cuidar al bebé y yo no tengo familia ni conocidos en este país se lo dije y le insistí y todo fue en vano no me atendieron yo ya tengo una hija y también le han hecho rayos x y hasta la han hospitalizado y haci e andado con mi bebé y nunca me han negado atención por tener otro bebe...

17 minutes to make an ultrasound appointment!!! not only did they put me on hold 4 times, the first responder to my call had me on speaker phone, without my permission..... I worked 40 years in offices and this experience was not pleasant at all.......
