I have used many contractors over the course of time. I have never found one to be so on top of everything, so diligent, so communicative and very easy to work with as I did with Michael, Krystal and Palm Home Improvement. A major renovation was performed at a home I purchased. It included, among other things, new flooring, 3.5 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. The work was done professionally and, very importantly, on time. Unlike my experience with other contractors, they were always very responsive. I am extremely pleased with the final product and recommend Palm to anyone.

I contacted Palm Home Improvement to help me close out an open Owner/Builder that I had let lapse for years. Michael and his team responded promptly. Palm Home Improvement PROFESSIONAL guided me through the process of events that would take place. The job was completed on time with no issues. All cost was presented up front with no hidden fees. Mike was incredible from start to finish! we did a complete overhaul on my mothers century village apartment. the work was done professionally and my mother was blown away by the look of her new apartment. I highly recommend Mike and Palm home improvement.

Probably one of the worst group of general contractors that I have encountered. A 1 to 2 day enclosure project turned to a 1 month project and is still not finished. The employees and their management are unethical in their work practices and are very complacent. If you have a project to be done by Home Depot home services make sure you state that you DO NOT want this company coming.
