I had a bad experience with Kimberly (the owner). I had texted her to book an appointment and she accomidated it, but once I arrived she told me her friend had an emergency and she needs to reschedule my appointment and she offered a free massage for the inconvenience. I booked the appointment again with her right then before I left her place for the very next day (she claimed she did not have my number the first time otherwise she would let me know she is canceling so I do not drive there).
