I initially joined for the medical side, which continues to help me greatly, but I now come regularly for pilates, salt room, meditation, etc. etc. I love it! I moved to STL relatively recently, and palm has really helped me with the transition.
My husband and I are both members of Palm Health since it opened in 2016. It is such a pleasant environment for health care and spa services. The doctors and staff treat members with excellent care and genuine warmth. We like all of the amenities, especially the salt room, the infrared sauna, and the fine cafe.
I live 3 hrs away. I had to pay 300$ for a membership I only used for 3 dr visits. The first visit the dr ran tests. The 2nd visit she talked about lab results which were still not good. The 3rd visit she did not speak about my lab work at all and lectured me on circadian rhythms which a book or article could have provided. My visits were approx 300$/visit. Such a great place to be a part of. Love all the terrific people that work there and making new friends is another big boost much less all the great classes etc. can't say enough good things about Palm. Check it out !!

Life changing, the description of my two days at PALM Health. The personal attentiveness of the doctors and staff is unparalleled, but the real magic came from the integration of all mind and body and what this means for healthy living. I made the trip from Seattle Washington based on descriptions that sounded good. The actual experience far surpassed my expectations. Thank you, I believe this will add years to my life and improve the quality as well. Thank you PALM!
