I want to give a shout out to MATTHEW for helping me find a home that best suites me., both in style and financially. You are the best. Matthew answered all my concerns and if he didn't have an answer, he brought other teammates (Family) in that was able to assist. Not a helpful company. I was mislead into thinking they would help sell my manufactured home but after a month of good intentions my contact is not available at the company anymore. The one I was referred to never called me. I finally called the office and Adrian said he would help. Today I called for a follow up and he stated he didn't have time to help me. No one at Palm Harbor was going to be able to help. Do not recommend. Can not take the word to be true. They are not interested in helping people.
Run Away... this is the worst craftsmanship. We have trim that is not lined up and so many nail holes in our trim and wall that cannot be caulked not painted because the trim is wood covered with paper. It is also a peel-and-stick trim. When it popped apart they attempted to cover it with nails and glue. We have nail-split wood in our cabinets and particleboard for our shelves.
Working with Mike Schmitzer and his experience and knowledge of all the Palm Harbor homes and floor plans makes it easy to find the home for all my needs. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Great people to work with!
We purchased a home from Cavco and though it took a really long time to get the home, that was the pandemic, not Cavco. Eddie, Angel, Wendy & Ramzi could not have been nicer and were very supportive, knowledgeable and caring. They made us a part of the Cavco family. If anyone is looking for a manufactured home, I will send them to Cavco. I know that thry will be taken care of, while they are buying the home of their dreams.

Read the reviews people, this is the biggest mistake of my life and every negative review is the absolute truth!!! Chris and Veronica are so quick to get you in to close but not as quick to fix the issues at hand, my house was delivered on 12/21 & if I could post pics of what they did to my property as they last minute decided to destroy the home I previously lived in in my front yard. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE TO MAKE YOUR DREAMS COME TRUE, as I speak I still do not have keys to my place, every sink leaks Sheetrock is lit... read more
