I would never work with this company again. Their refund process is painfully slow, and I’ve been sent in circles for weeks trying to get my refund check. First, they claimed the check had the wrong name on it. Since then, no one has taken ownership of fixing the issue. I’m passed from person to person, given phone numbers that go unanswered, and met with complete indifference. I would not recommend this company for anything. What a complete headache to deal with. We put a down payment in 2024. Our home site was reviewed by 3rd party setup/delivery service. Couldnt negotiate quoted service. Had to go through them. Took 7+ months get our check back. They failed to mail and did the sales gimmick to get you back in the door non stop. Worst than a car dealership with austic level of sales skills. Sales calling at 7am in morning repeatly. I should have filed in small claims court to get my money back quicker. Avoid at all cost
This place was has been giving me the run around ever since I gave them down payment and received my house. I reported all the half fast mistakes they made on house and the lady at palm harbor is not good at communicating or reaching back 7!’onths later and still haven’t heard shit
