This is probably one of the worst houses I have ever seen. Our cheap starter home was better than this. No care whatsoever in the build or the finish. These pictures were after the finish crews had been out multiple times. We just got tired of begging for them to make it right. Every wall, vent, or fixture in this house is covered in overspray and paint. Drawers aren’t straight. Some of the walls aren’t even straight. This is proof that more money doesn’t always mean better quality.
Excellent experience and customer service. Erick Luna helped us every step of the way. We definitely recommend palm harbor one hundred percent.
Only coming to look, Rodney came to greet and help. He made us see the benefit of a new home and offered us so much advice and then showed us the home we dreamed of! The process is lengthy but he made sure we were included in the entire process. Answering all questions or finding the answer. I highly recommend him and this company!
