Place and people were nice. Especially the dentist 5 stars to him. Thank you for your service sir. This one star is for the pushy lady that collects payment. Went to get my teeth cleaned told them to check for cavities and that’s all I need. 10 min later I get a quote for 15k for implants and a bunch of other stuff I specifically ask to not be quoted for. Bait and switch advertising for the $99 new patient cleaning. Spent nearly 3 hours there having all sorts of “assessments” done, and then before cleaning my teeth they tell me it’s going to be over $200 instead of the $99 because of the “special” type of cleaning I needed. The $99 cleaning doesn’t include any sort of scraping, just a polish, is what they told me. I have never heard of this. Total scam. Do not go here. Pricing is misleading. They don’t even do proper cleanings, they didn’t even floss my teeth during the cleaning. I’ve never had a cleaning done where my teeth were not flossed. They tried to upsell me things. The lady at the front desk is short, rude, terrible customer service. The dentist hygienist seems new and like he had no idea what he was doing. I will never go back here.
