Great job look forward to future visits
I’ve had an extremely frustrating experience with Palm Harbor Smiles regarding billing. I was informed at the time of service that my procedures would be fully covered by insurance, yet I’ve now received multiple notices claiming I owe a balance. This was not communicated clearly before the treatment, and I was under the impression everything was settled. I’ve tried addressing this issue with the office multiple times, but they have failed to resolve the matter. It seems they are shifting the responsibility for their mistake... read more
Fear not…from the second I walked in I was welcomed with a smile! The entire crew was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and most of all made me feel comfortable. A lot of people don’t like going to the dentist for that reason, but not here they were great. Thank you Toniannn and the rest of the staff. Highly recommend and keep up the great teamwork.
I am so thrilled that I found this dental office! The whole experience has been great! From the time you walk through the door until you leave you are treated with such kindness that you will actually feel comfortable in a dental office! The Doctor and his staff are simply wonderful! I was very satisfied with the care that I received on my teeth and smile. I honestly can’t say enough about Palm Harbor Smiles! GREAT PLACE!
