Be sure to read all the reviews! They inflate their 5 star reviews to hide their shady upselling practices. They cant be happy with just an insurance payment for a normal cleaning. They need more out of your pocket or they get rude. I did not enjoy my experience today and I wont be back. It was like dealing with a used car salesperson. The reviews about pushy sales on things insurance won't cover and how disorganized their billing staff is seem accurate.
I came into Palm Harbor Smiles last week with severe pain from an issue I had been dealing with for months while waiting on my insurance to allow another appointment. That day, the pain became unbearable, and I couldn’t wait any longer. PHS was able to fit me in on a Friday afternoon, and the team was incredibly helpful.
