Ever since the first visit at the office of Dr. Jay Ross (Palm Harbour plastic surgery center) I was impressed. Dr. Ross is professional, kind, caring and knowledgeable. He patiently answered every question and concern I had. He explained every step of the procedure, what to expect after the surgery and provided great tips for successful recovery.
