Homes are built like plastic. Showers suck, closets break, walls like paper. Molds really fast.
Biggest regret! Purchased home in 2025, ever since the home was delivered we’ve had issues. Some inside trim was barely hanging on at the time of delivery, the roof and outdoor trimming were scuffed and paint was scraped off from moving. The home has now settled and door hinges don’t align, cabinet handles are falling, the sink had water leaks due to it not being sealed at ALL! The AC installed is the cheapest you can find, we are constantly having to call them to come & service so we are left waiting in 100+ South Tx weathe... read more
UPDATE:: About a week after I posted this review I received a return call from Cavco regarding my repeated issues. They decided to completely replace my back door. Please be sure you do your research before buying anything from Cavco. They will fluff it up and make it sound good but they're using the cheapest things possible. I've had to call them out multiple times to fix different things. My back door has come off the hinges 4+ times already and I was just informed that I'm out of warranty so they won't be doing anything. ... read more
Trash homes super low quality homes Only two years with the current double wide all kind of trouble plumbing, roof, windows leaking pipes leaking horrible quality trying calling to get it fix no help at all. Don’t buy here go somewhere else
