I went in to purchase a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom mobile home .. something simple for me and my daughter and affordable. I left with 500 hundred deposit down on 3 bedroom 2 bath double wide , several weeks went by and I had someone come out and stake the land it would be on, only to be disappointed at the loan terms I could not meet and most likely would have struggled to pay, how I got talked into a way bigger mobile home was probably best it didn't work out.
