I want to give a HUGE shout out to Jeana, Rosemary & Jas! These 3 ladies were able to get me and my 2 babies into a beautiful home in record timing, after a super horrible experience with another manufactured housing facility. They actually CARED about where I needed to be financially & helped me get there! If you are in need of a home get over there and see them 🤍
I asked to see mobile home and the rep refused to show it to me because it wasn't what I said my price range was. I could had all the money and just didn't disclose that , because I was looking to buy cash. I told him I'd find someone else to show me that model mobile home. He responded go ahead.
Working with Katherine was very informative and she went above and beyond to make our journey as smooth as possible. I can't say enough about how smooth the process was with her as our guide.
My husband and I were in the market for a manufactured home/land package and had a great experience with Katherine King at this location. Even though God had something else in store for us and we didn't end up purchasing a home here, we HIGHLY recommend dealing with her.
