Palm harbor employes do not work often and your prosses will be dawn out.I gave them the 1000$ deposit 3 months ago and was told all paper work had been finished and at this point they still want to send an appraisal for the land and said we have a large document to sign called "closing papers" but they haven't been able to get the papers or the appraisal, transferred us to a different sales rep 5 times and they know I'm 38 weeks pregnant and have nowhere to put a baby crib. GO TO A DIFFERENT DEALER. PALM HARBOR ignored 5 written requests before I moved into my home in Aug. 2007. Then the service dept. would call and let the phone ring 1 time and hang up not leaving messages. I had had surgery and they called me one morning and stated a date they would be by house without consulting me.
