My spouse and I went into the office located in Odessa, TX in mid June. We put 500 down and ended up requesting a refund on June 26. The general manager told me 15 business days. About a week and a half in, he informed me corporate said the request was put in wrong so it had to be resent in. It is now almost August and we are still waiting. Don’t do it!!! Went in and was turned down due to being a 1099 employee with DTI to high. Had put down $10000 and 23 days later after going into the office to get my money back I am still waiting. Thieves and robbers. According to Texas law, they have 15 business days to get your money back to you. I’m not the first person that happened to nor The last. I’ve been in my house since August. I toured my home twice before I actually moved in upon moving in the first day I noticed an ant problem I assumed that I could just spray some raid and It would take care of it. The house is great miner things to be taken care but 2 months after it has been delivered my son is still not in it, still waiting on them to do there so called walk through, just now got sewer hooked up and bank paid them 2 months ago. not happy with them at all.
Nobody answers there phones ! I’ve called five times trying to get some information and not one person picks up
