Don’t do it!!! Went in and was turned down due to being a 1099 employee with DTI to high. Had put down $10000 and 23 days later after going into the office to get my money back I am still waiting. I’ve been in my house since August. I toured my home twice before I actually moved in upon moving in the first day I noticed an ant problem I assumed that I could just spray some raid and It would take care of it. The house is great miner things to be taken care but 2 months after it has been delivered my son is still not in it, still waiting on them to do there so called walk through, just now got sewer hooked up and bank paid them 2 months ago. not happy with them at all.
Nobody answers there phones ! I’ve called five times trying to get some information and not one person picks up
They don't deserve one star. Lies. Shoddy workmanship. They never did what they promised or repaired anything. They even referred me to a general contractor who wound up giving me a bootlegged septic system, vandalized my newly installed A/C and even threatened to "...come B**** slap me and TAKE my money!" So very, VERY disappointed with the entire process for such a garbage home! If you have ANY other alternative, TAKE IT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!
