Problems…headache…frustration! That’s our experience with Palm Harbor and our fleetwood home! Just over a year in and we have had the AC fixed 4 times, dishwasher just went out, backsplash in kitchen was “fixed” (just pushed back down but now falling off), kitchen drawers falling apart and had to fix it myself after they “fixed it”, blinds already not working, drain is messed up…I could keep going! Within a year home value gone down by 40% according to home appraisal!
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I purchased a double wide from [manufacturer] 8 years ago. The house began to experience leaks three years after purchase. Despite several inspectors and significant expense, no one was able to diagnose the problem. I decided to replace the entire roof, and upon inspection, numerous holes were found along the seam, which was not properly aligned. I regret that I cannot rate this experience lower. The experience from start to finish was flawless! We closed on our new home in 45 days from the first day we walked in just inquiring. Angel was patient, educated us on things we didn’t know, walked us thru the whole process and I am so glad he was our sales rep! Crystal and Cara are wonderful to work with as well coordinating our custom delivery. 10/10! Will send any of our family or friends to this location. Thank y’all so much for making the process painless!
