I want to give Stephanie a huge thank you for being patient with us and helping us buy our first time home. She was kind and answered us everytime we texted her she let us know it would be a process and it really was a process so keep in mind whatever time they tell you your home will be done it will be also keep in mind that it’ll take about two months after it’s done to get everything as in septic, electric, ac, and water done! Stephanie did such an amazing job in the entire process of helping my husband and I get a house. She made everything easy and kept in contact every step of the way and any issues that arose or problems that we had she was right on top of it and getting it fixed or telling us what our next steps we’re going to be. I would highly highly recommend Stephanie.
Mayra was amazing!! Told us we can have the house and two weeks and delivered her word! Paperwork was easy and simple and so was getting the home! Thank you Palm Harbor!!
