The worst home I have ever lived in!!!! First, I bought home 2 years ago and we had major problems with the man who sold the home to us from the very beginning. For one they started building it prior to us signing paper work and when we wanted to make tile changes, carpet, etc... they told us too late . Ok so we dealt with it. Second, a week prior to delivery we had a passing in the family and knew funeral would be around delivery date so we called to make later arrangements. To which they replied okay no problem . If I had it to do over, I would not have purchased a Palm Harbor Home, because the maintance are all rude.
After months of research, my husband I bought a home last year from Palm Harbor homes. We were able to get a beautiful home, which is well-built, energy efficient, and has all the personal touches we wanted. The service has been wonderful. We are very happy with our home and highly recommend Palm Harbor to our friends and family.
