If you need a home, look no further. Jorge and Chris took the time to ask what was important to me and they delivered. My payment was lower than the amount I told them I was comfortable paying and I had no clue you could put zero down without using my property as collateral. My land has been passed down multiple generations and this was important.
Our salesman was Chris. Chris went out of his way to put us in the house we wanted and helped us understand everything every step of the way. He is extremely patient and answered any and every question we had. 10/10 I recommend Chris to help you out.
I do not recommend Palm Harbor if you have to deal with the Ft Worth plant and their customer service. We purchased through Palm Harbor Waco; that part of the transaction was okay (but once they get your money, they're done with you). The workmanship of our home was shoddy. Uneven trim, terrible paint job (drips, splatters, and some areas not even painted), tears in the flooring, no mortar on outside brick, and our sheetrock is already cracking in the taped seams in 3 rooms (our house is 6 months old); these are just a few o... read more
