Worst experience ever. We gave tiffany info on what we wanted in a home before we arrived. When we arrived we told her we only had 30min to walk through a couple. Simple right nope not for her. She basically started to argue saying she needed more time and for us to come back another time etc etc. She made it so hard and complicated for a customer whos ready to buy to see a couple models. Tiffany & Jorge were very helpful in getting us into our new home! Both answering all our questions and made the buying process a lot less stressful.
I would give them zero stars. Going thru the home buying process was great until after the house was delivered. They do not want to fix things that “pop off” after the house settles. They fixed some things but after coming back 3 times they basically told me I was on my own. TRIMMING WAS COMING DETACHED. NIW THE BATTEN STRIPS ARE POPPING OFF AND THE SERVICE MANAGER IN WACO DOES NOT WANT TO FIX IT. I have only been in my house since the end of November 2025. I felt like visiting at Palm Harbor Homes and was highly impressed with Jorge and Tiffany helping me purchase of my new home
After preparing for years to make our first home purchase, we were beyond happy with how Jason handled our deal. He was transparent, personable, professional and fairly generous. We got everything we wanted plus some. Honestly, if we had to do it all over again, Jason would be the first person we'd call. He knows what he's doing and does so with kindness and care. Thank you again, Jason. You made this process so so sooo much easier than we anticipated.
