Steer clear of this establishment. I paid CASH for a new home that was on their lot months ago and still have not yet been able to move in. The company is now refusing to address issues with the home, that, we were told, would be addressed during the trim out process. This has been a horrible experience all around and I wish we never purchased a home from here. Now they are wanting me to sign for what has been done so far, and try to move in and wait for other issues to be addressed besides the issues they will not fix. FIND... read more
Delivery and setup, took almost 3 weeks to deliver, almost 4 months to move in, lost electricity to 2 rooms within 10 months, and was told warranty did not cover, neither did factory warranty, did not receive help.
