The customer service was extremely unsatisfactory. Despite the 30-minute drive, we were denied access to the mobile homes because we were not in the process of making a purchase. We are currently in a two-year finance agreement, and our visit was perceived as a waste of time. Consequently, we have decided to discontinue our relationship with this company and explore alternative options. We now have a clear understanding of the company’s true intentions.
