Walked in and the first thing they asked “are you pre-approved?” We answered no (we are but wanted to see how others were treated). The salesman asked what we were looking for we named the layout out and his response was “oh we don’t have that one we can let you know when the newer model is available.” We walked out after that. Horrible service and horrible salesmen.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. BIGGEST REGRET OF MY LIFE. FROM BEGINNING TO END WORST SERVICE EVER.
Sell Destiny homes that are terrible from trashy builder quality to delivery (ran into a tree limb) came late, took 6 months to set up and make repairs. Still have ugly trim work, poor installation of backsplashes and crooked walls/doorways throughout the home not to mention roof leaks. They have tried 3 times to repair it. Now we are stuck with a poor quality built home and have to pay for the next 30 years. Very sad about our home and the decision to buy from Destiny Home Builders in GA. STILL waiting on them to come and fix our windows that were shot up while it sat on the lot. They are responsible and still haven’t done it! Also already had problems with our refrigerator, they just replaced a part in it today(Whirlpool) and our new A/C has already been freezing up! I LOVE our house but not all these problems we are having!
Really bad experience, they don’t bring the stairs and the house is a mess
Went in today being very honest about browsing and checking out prices. We are still 6 months out from buying. The sales person was new and it was okay. I come from sales so I know how it is. He got 0 information from us before he was ready to pull my credit. I told him no, he went to go get his buck tooth manager to try and convince us to run our credit. All we wanted to is to look at the homes, get pricing and round about information I didnt want to waste anyways time. They were so rude the manager was like "I ain't gonna ... read more
Absolutely horrible service from beginning to end of sale. Everyone we dealt with was extremely rude. Want to warranty something, forget it!! They still haven’t paid the contractor that fixed our AC/heater less than a year living there. It’s been since February 2018 he did the service.
