Great new community in its very early stages of selling. A number of beautifully decorated models to view and it's easy to picture yourself in Palm Grove. The best part was an amazing sales representative, Jade Weinstein, who spent time with us to walk through all the models we were most interested in and then into some great quick move in homes that didn't have decorated models available yet. We had a wonderful experience with Bradley at Palm Grove. We are looking forward to finalizing our contract to purchase on Saturday.
Palm Grove is being built at a beautiful location. Really close to Publix and other new shops in the area. I have driven through the subdivision. The contractor is using quality soil on the whole property which is nice to see. The grass, trees, and plants will grow nicely here. The model homes look top quality.
Can’t wait till Palm Grove opens awesome location we are highly interested in building an Artistry.
