I was excited to learn that the Honor model home was available for viewing at Palm Grove yesterday. I took a trip from Wesley Chapel to go to Palm Grove. There was traffic so I called to confirm hours of operation to look specifically at the Honor. The rep confirmed they close at 6. I replied, “perfect, we’ll be there in a few minutes.” We get there and the rep wasn’t pleasant. She didn’t seem like she really wanted to help instead she was ready to clock out.
