The transition from Palm Garden Rehab to Palm Garden Home Care has been a great disappointment. First, never let a facility release your loved one on a Friday! Insist on another day. Mom was released on Friday. We expected immediate attention at home to help us best care for her. Only today (Tuesday) did the nurse come for a health check. Apparently, no therapist can schedule until she gives the go-ahead. So now, it will be Thursday before Mom will be seen and by then will have been a week without any therapy or home evaluat... read more
