worst property management ever
The office is always closed. No one answers phone calls. No one returns calls when messages are left. Inconsistent with notices that are left and then no way of getting a hold of managemenr to ask questions about left notices. Lack of professionalism.
Hello...my name is Judy & I am the new manager of Palm Desert. It's a beautiful place under renovation...a BIG renovation! The office is only open by appointment...so call me if U want 2 C a home FOR SALE or if U have a newer home looking 2 rent a lot. I have single & double lots 4 rent. WE NO LONGER HAVE HOMES FOR RENT. Take a drive thru our quiet, relaxing community & C where U want 2 live!
I have had many problems with getting repairs done. I moved out over 2 months ago and have yet to receive my deposit back. Also, there is never anyone in the office nor does anyone answer the phone.
