Always friendly helpful and do what they say quickly and very nicely. Lucky to have found them I always enjoyed velo bum. Glen was good but retired. Lucky to find the these friendly folks that do what they say and help a customer. Great team all the way
Nice shop and very knowledgeable and helpful staff! I was having trouble with my drivetrain on my ride so decided to ride to the shop and they fixed it right then. Love the brews aspect too. Will definitely be back.

This is the place to go if you want to rent a real mountain bike or e-bike while visiting the Palm Springs/Desert area. Marlon was first class and went way above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! They should dedicate a chapter of the book Unreasonable Hospitality to this store! AND… They have a full kitchen and bar!
