Terrible! And worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked, we reviewed a confirmation. We drove 4 hours with a 2 year old. We called morning before we left making sure we could check in around midnight when we arrive. They said yes. We arrived at 11:45pm and nobody is on sight. It was self serve and that was never mentioned online or during booking. We were never send instructions or room # etc. luckily there was a lady outside who has booked before and told us it was self serve and we should have receive a text... read more

Clean and cozy!
Great place to stay!! I love the game room and the extra toys for pups is adorable. This place is pretty good, my only hold off 5 stars is there's no microwave or hotplate. The outdoor area is cool but no grill either. Other than that we loved our stay!! Oh did I mention I saw a double rainbow just opening my room door.. there it was going right to Palm Cove Motel!!
Stayed here over the weekend with my family and have nothing but good things to say. The check in process was easy and quick. It was automated virtually so no waiting at a check in desk. Close to the beach and all restaurants and stores. We walked to Starbucks a block away! Highly recommend this motel in Clearwater. Will definitely be coming back to stay here again soon!
