Over Price run down motel.Who owns this place I like to know! The Protery manager refused to tell us. One coffee and no sugar for a two adult room. Weeds in parking area! Had to step on them from getting into my car! Palm trees so low you get cut and general outside overgrown bushes and dirty chairs. AC was not cooling. Remote didn't work with sound or mute not turning on TV! You pay more but for what? Fire the property manager. I work and several times they never sent the code to get in! We had an incredible time at Palm Cove! It’s such a charming, modern retro motel—perfectly located and just steps away from everything. The place is well cared for, and we felt so at home. We’ll definitely be back!
We just stayed one night and that’s probably the max we’d stay here. It wasn’t terrible but we just didn’t care for having the beds against the wall. The bathroom was big. When we arrived our code didn’t work but luckily they responded right away.
Terrible! And worst customer service I have ever experienced. I booked, we reviewed a confirmation. We drove 4 hours with a 2 year old. We called morning before we left making sure we could check in around midnight when we arrive. They said yes. We arrived at 11:45pm and nobody is on sight. It was self serve and that was never mentioned online or during booking. We were never send instructions or room # etc. luckily there was a lady outside who has booked before and told us it was self serve and we should have receive a text... read more
