Came to eat at governors grill for the first time today. Wasn't greeted by cashiers or any employees and there were a few that made eye contact and walked away without saying a word. Thinking they were maybe busy we let it slide. We waited a few minutes everyone is getting checked out and seated. They did not help us until we asked if we could be seated. If they would have communicated I would understand. It would be nice if they worked on customer service
15mins to sit-3 employees made eye contact. 20mins to ask for drinks, repeats drink back-gets drink wrong. 1hour for food to arrive: a whole order is missing. It’s a salad. Burger had soggy bread on the outside of the bun. Seating had hair, an earring, sticky spots, and once the final meal was brought, so was our check.
