Palm Court has been a great place to live! We love the layout and how updated the units are - there's a great amount of storage for the size of the units. The neighbors have been friendly and the community is well kept overall. We've only had some minor maintenance issues and all have been addressed quickly - the staff is kind and helpful as well! I hate this place. They drop the ball at every maitinance request. I never got an original copy of my lease, and every thing keeps breaking. i have been living with mold in my closet for 6 weeks, and they are just now getting everything fixed up. HEALTH HAZARD. And, of course, our lease covers them in every way so there will be no justice to the situation. Ridiculous.
