I needed my floors redone & I came in contact with John, He came out the next day and got it done quickly and did a fantastic job!! He explained and answered all my questions//concerns. I would hands downs recommend him to anybody if they want the job done right & in a timely manner - 10/10 stars !!! Johnathan just finished remodeling the bathroom for my mother. He was on time ,excellent work ethic , explained everything , reasonable and very quick. Would recommend him and his company for anything! Extremely happy customer and I will hire him again. On top of his professionalism he is a wonderful person.
We got an estimate from this guy and requested a breakdown of the costs. We discussed it on the phone and I generally agreed but there were a couple of things that I said we did not need. He sent a more detailed estimate and then decided that he was not going to do the project. The guy has a very bad attitude and you cannot challenge him on anything otherwise he gets very upset. Glad that all of this came out before we started the project.
I am new to Palm Coast and after contacting Palm Coast Tile, meeting John, we had him redo our Master Bath Shower. He removed our pre-fab shower and built us a new tiled shower with a seat. John also installed a back splash in my kitchen. He did an awesome job; he always ask us if we had any questions on any of the work and e was quick to give us honest answers with no hesitation. Prior to contacting JOHN from Palm Coast Tile I had purchased some material for a backsplash. When my installer canceled on me, I reached out to John and he was so accommodating.Upon finished up with his client,, he was able to come over to solve my problem, guided me on what I should get and made the time to do the installation at the drop of a dime. I am so happy with my final project. I highly recommend JOHN to do any tiling projects that you have. He is truly the best! Laurie
