Had a mobile appointment. Received a text saying the tech would be arriving at 8:45. At 9:30 I asked for an ETA, was told by 11. 11:10 I called and was told I wasn't on the schedule. I do not recommend Palm Coast Ford for anything!

Love the mobile service!! I’ve also done service in Palm Coast and work is complete and fair. When an issue irises they are quick to correct the problem and always take care of me.
Friendly staff, car was serviced quickly and they didn't try to sell anything I didn't ask for- a rarity in a dealership garage.
