I had an intermittent electrical problem with an alternator in my transit van. As this was an ongoing problem, and had been serviced by another dealer the week prior, I stopped in to speak directly with a service advisor. First time taking my 2024 Kia Sportage here for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 90 minutes. Way too long. They did keep me informed as I waited, but only to tell me they were working on my 2000 Ford. All well and good, but not a car that I own.

Great improvement in the service department since my last visit! Gone are those useless booths where employees hid and talked to each other and pretended to be working. Pulled right up, was greeted right away and taken inside to complete check in. Service desk is now in the front fully staffed. On prior visits, I waited a really long time for the shuttle service back home and often had to sit through 2 or 3 other drop offs to make it home. Not this time. Bought a used 2020 Edge from these guys in August 2023. The car starting having problems almost immediately. First thing to fail was the fuel pump. It was replaced under warranty but it took a week to replace it and the dealer never offered to pay for a rental, which I covered the cost for. Next was the torque converter. Service said it would be a 6 week wait . Come to find out a few weeks later it was never ordered, so service said they would replace it with one from a used Edge being traded in, even though it was under war... read more
