I called and not only did they save me a couple grand but they even got me a ride home. HUGE shoutout to Tom, Tommy, and Gordon for the great service and David Leyva for helping me save money. The professionalism here is off the charts. I have always bought Ford and will continue to do so just because of things like this. Got a ride home for free and they even brought me my truck. Sorry about the doorbell situation. Ill get that fixed lol.
I just wanted to give a shout out to Brad Townsend in service and say thank you for accommodating me throughout this entire month my truck has been at Palm Coast Ford. From making sure I had a loaner vehicle and filling my tank for my inconvenience!! Thanks again!!Ann Fiorvante
