I visited Palm Coast Dental Care for a routine cleaning and examination with Dr. Kelsey Murphy. During that visit, several crowns were recommended as preventive treatment for the future, but no concerns were raised about the tooth that later became a major problem. Only two months later, I developed significant pain in a different tooth. Expensive, and deceptive business practices. The staff will not inform you whether your insurance will cover a procedure or not, so be sure to ask before they perform them. They do not tell you the cost of your services before you enter the exam room. Very deceptive business. Be on your toes when it comes to asking questions because they won't tell you anything, just hand you a big bill at the end of the service. Worst business operation for a dentist I have ever seen. Misleading and deceptive.
