James, Don, Melissa have been absolutely wonderful creating a unheard of pretty much seamless process in the "building a new home" process. Thank you. Even after we closed james came by immediately to fix tge dishwasher for a minor problem we had And had missed during the walk through. They fixed issues we saw during our walk through within 24 hours before closing. We are so happy with our beutiful home. After complaining about the grading of my lot for nearly a year, Maronda finally informed me that my problem wasn’t a warranty issue. Maronda says the City directed the grading specs and the City says they simply approved Maronda’s plan. If my yard was graded according to the City’s ordinance, why wasn’t the Maronda’s model lot not graded in a similar way?
