Do not rent or buy property at Palm Club Village. The new management company employed animals and guard gates are rude and calculating. Palm Club is a dog toilet because dogs poop all over the grounds daily. After you've earned your money, it's best to spend it somewhere better. Management worship things and treat humans like garbage. The gag is, with time all things become garbage and humans deserve to be respected and treated like everything. Lived there for 17 years, but went down hill. Wasn't kept up, security was horrible. People were renting to less than desirable people. Sold and moved to the west coast of Florida.
Not good
The community is nicely laid out with lakes and walking paths, plenty of parking and nice landscaping. The community is gated and is well-maintained. It is an oasis in this busy area of West Palm. Highly recommended as a Florida second home, or a primary home – mixed Ages of residence
