Disappointed with the post-payment service Initially, Palm City Pools provided great service and seemed very responsive. However, once the full payment was made, the experience unfortunately went downhill. The handover process was rushed, and I was not shown how to use or maintain the pool properly. When I requested assistance, I was told it would come at an extra cost, which was very disappointing. I regret not reading the reviews beforehand, as this seems to be a common issue. Great staff. Good pool options
The reconditioned pool we bought looked good both onsite and on installation, once gone so was PCP care factor, we has issues within two years through osmosis, no customer call back, SPASA membership means absolutely nothing, just good on paper, buy new, not second hand or refurbished, just me a smalll fortune to put right,
Really disappointed that after only 6 years my pool started showing sign of osmosis. Company has not responded to my emails about it. When I bought the pool they told me it would last 10-15 years without problems. Pool has always been balanced and well maintained. Only way to fix it is have whole pool resurfaced which is very pricey and not something I should have to do yet for many years considering the age of my pool. I feel like this company has used cheap or low grade products and ripped me off.
No, give Palm City Pools a miss. My light failed shortly after and like many say, he won't answer the phone when there's a problem. John gave a quote and hit me up for an extra $500 because there were roots near the Pool hole. The finish on the pool is very rough so cleaning is difficult. Not impressed.
