This has been my home since 2006. Most everyone are fantastic neighbors, and even best of friends. This is not the type of place where people look down their nose on others, but the few that do are generally to themselves and not bothered with by anyone. The owner is terrific as well, a down-to-Earth, very reasonable family man as well as business man. Wonderful place to call home, if you like people! 😊

pretty decent trailer considering what some trailer parks look like...great place for families wit kids cuz there r a lot of kids that live here...n lot rent is very reasonable
The owner makes you pay for well water, makes you keep 2000 dollars in an account in case you leave the trailer, let’s anybody move in then after so long wants a background check
