I absolutely love being a member of Palm City CrossFit! Their Bootcamp classes are a perfect fit for me of strength training and cardio in 45 minute coached sessions. As a person who prefers group fitness style workouts, these are challenging classes with dynamic exercises using weights, rowing machines, ski ergs, wall balls, assault bikes, jump ropes, hanging leg raises, and much more.
