I've had a great experience at Palm City Athletic Club. The trainers are top-notch, and everyone is friendly and welcoming. After three weeks, I already feel improvements in my fitness and overall health, and I’d recommend this gym to all fitness levels.

I've always worked out, but I enjoy this gym. We moved here from Vermont to Palm City. We joined because we lived in Palm city. And when we moved farther away to Hope sound we thought it was definitely worth a few extra minutes to go to this gym. The coaches and the other members are super helpful and friendly.
This gym has a great atmosphere, world class coaching and a great community!!
PCAC/Palm City CrossFit is amazing. Everyone is so welcoming and supportive. You do not need to be experienced to join. They will guide you every step of the way. They also offer more than just a gym including recovery. I highly recommend stopping by and checking them out!
