I purchased a 2025 Silverado from a dealership two hours from Ocala. On the way home, I noticed that the body line between the cab and bed did not lineup properly. I brought the truck to Palm Chevrolet collision center and met with Amy. Amy was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on what adjustments would be needed to correct the misaligned bed. Only speaking for the collision center not the sales office or the service center. Palm Chevy’s collision center, Ms. Haas service me today and is the true example of Customer Service. She’s very knowledgeable, was attentive to my needs, and tried every which way she could to make everything work out. Ms. Haas is a true example of leadership and I cannot thank her enough.
