I had a car reserved with Enterprise for about 4 weeks before an office party I had to be at in Miami. Then we got a couple of hurricanes within a couple of weeks of each other. So the day before our rental, Enterprise calls us to tell us they have no rental cars and our reservation has been pushed out indefinitely. I told Enterprise to please cancel because I don't need a rental car or any other day other than the office party. 100% Completely Satisfied with my experience. The service is outstanding, and the benefit of dealing with a locally owned private rental company is that your dealing directly with the owner/manager. John, always worked with me and did everything he could to help since my vehicle has been being repaired. I am very impressed, and after this, I can definitely say that I would recommend Palm Car Rental to everyone rather than giving your money to one of the big Car Rental Comanies.
