I have owned a condo here for 8 years. The association is very well run. The property is well maintained, the landscaping is beautiful, and the property is quiet and has a nice mix of full time and part time winter residents. The monthly condo fees are relatively low compared to other complexes with rarely an increase. Ten percent of the units are vacation rentals, which is rare in Palm Springs There are only a few other condo complexes that allow short term rentals. (5 night minimum). Affordable condos in a convenient location in south Palm Springs with tennis courts and assigned parking. Close to everything you might need, including golf and hiking. Can be a bit of a walk from the car to the unit. Guest parking is limited. Otherwise a great option for the budget and all on land that you own.
Small, but clean nice places. Landscaping good.
