I'm an vip owner of Hilton vacations. Asked for top flr twice before arriving. Got second flr with no view. Vip status is a joke...
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel last week, but what really stood out was the excellent customer service I received from Emily at the front desk. I arrived well before the regular check-in time and asked her what would be the earliest I could check in. Without hesitation, she kindly told me that a room was already available and even gave me a room facing the pool. She was absolutely amazing—helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. Super super clean rooms and clean hotel. The pool and bar area was clean and tidy as well. Quiet room and had our privacy, reception kinda sucks but not a huge deal tbh.
