As longtime Hilton members, my wife and I expect courteous, professional treatment. Unfortunately, my experience at Palm Canyon Resort in Palm Springs left me feeling dismissed and unsupported. I misplaced my room key or left it inside my room and went to the front desk for assistance. Charisma was helpful and took time to verify several details. Very nice, the family had fun love the rooms with balcony. The fitness room is small need to expand add more free weights.
We have been owners since 2012 and paid off for years. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with the entire experience and with the property itself. I’m honestly embarrassed to be a Hilton owner after staying at Palm Canyon. That property should not even be on the roster. It felt like one or two steps above a Motel 6. It really made me question where our money is going. When I brought this up, I was told it was a “Diamond property still in the works,” but Hilton acquired Diamond back in 2021. We’re almost in 2027.
