The rooms are in very good shape. Staff is very responsive. We love the pool with its waterfall. Pool bar staff is great and so is the food. If you're not driving an SUV or tall truck you can park under the building. That's important when it's hot.our balcony looks out at the mountains. It feels like you can reach out and touch them. The resort is about 3 miles from downtown Palm Springs so you need to drive. That's the only downside. But it's worth it to stay here.

If you are already a Hilton timeshare owner like we are, don’t expect much from this Hilton Vacation Club. It is definitely a 3-star or lower. Our room was poor at best. The bed was terribly soft with a big impression in the middle. It was do bad, I had to sleep on the pull-out couch bed, which to be honest was very nice. There is no room for your CPAP machines on one side of the queen bed, as the bed sits flush against the wall. No electric plug and no place to put your CPAP. Bring an extension cord.
