Kersten is incredible! I had the BEST experience shopping here for my wedding dress. She is extremely kind, helpful and so knowledgeable! She creates such a relaxed, no-pressure, fun, and positive dress shopping experience. Her shop is beautiful, clean and well organized. She has so many gorgeous wedding gowns and accessories! I shopped at other bridal salons before visiting Palm and nothing compared to the excellent experience I had here. So grateful we found her!

I had such an amazing experience at Palm Bridal with Kersten! I flew in for the weekend to go dress shopping with my mom, and this was our last stop (should have been our first!). I was able to find my perfect dress, and the entire process was so fun, relaxed, and enjoyable for us. Kersten was so patient and made me feel so comfortable in everything I tried on. This is definitely the best place to shop for a wedding dress in Naples!
