Room 109 from February 11–14. I paid nearly $1,000 per night and experienced several serious issues during my stay. My two guests were denied entry to the property despite me being a registered and fully paid guest. I was treated as if I was being dishonest, which was humiliating. We waited for management to resolve the issue, but no proper solution was provided.
