Worst doctor and worst medical practice ever. My dad has been a patient of his for over 9 years, having an elevated prostatic antigen test, and he never ordered a biopsy, then after 9 years, he turned up with prostate cancer. Not only that. After the biopsy, they held the test results for 3 months without giving us the results. The whorse. No professional service at all. They give many appointments at the same time to see the same doctor. You have to way hours. I didn't way because as a patient I deserve respect.

After weeks waiting for an appointment, my husband had an appointment for his vasectomy with Dr. Portela. But two days before, they called and said he'd be out of the office so we had to reschedule for the next week. Okay, fine. But then two days before THAT appointment, we were told he'd be out of the office AGAIN and we'd need to reschedule for 2 weeks later. The staff at the scheduling and billing dept. Are very rude and disrespectful over the phone , I went only once for my kid to see the doctor and waited more than 3 hours, just received a bill from them recently and told me I cannot come for a follow up unless I pay the bill in a very rude way, I will never go to this facility again.
