Best Urologist in Palm Beach County.
I’ve been a patient at this practice for a couple of years and today was my last straw. It took the doctor over an hour and a half from my appointment time to see me. I had to give a urine sample and when I went to wash my hands, the soap provided was a near empty bottle that someone had added water to it. I find this very unprofessional and unsanitary. For the amount that they are charging my insurance and charging me for my copay, it should be a much better experience. I will not be back.

The doctor was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and confident about my care. The office was clean, organized, and well managed. I truly appreciate the level of attention and professionalism. I highly recommend Palm Beach Urology to anyone looking for quality urology care.

The waits are crazy and the staff is unpleasant, but the main concern is the fact that Dr. Rafael Lopez is a manipulative doctor who uses scare tactics to force patients to undergo unnecessary medical tests and procedures. If you want a breakdown of what I experienced, read on, otherwise, trust me when I say you need to look for a different doctor.
