As soon as they took deposit the lady was very rude and lacked on communication and changed install date multiple times. They did not take correct measurements and tried to change the price and refused to give back deposit. Then Palm beach tiki subcontracted another tiki company from the west coast. In August 2024, the company charged me the full payment for the installation of a custom tiki hut net, instead of the deposit amount. Despite scheduling service each week, no work was ever performed, and I had to repeatedly follow up with them. Eventually, I requested a refund, which they agreed to issue. However, despite multiple email conversations where they assured me they would look into the refund, I have yet to receive it.
